1. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The ModPro AI “What’s in Your Garage” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements (each an “Eligible Participant”): at the time of entry are (a) legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia); and (b) of legal age in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Employees, officers and directors of ModPro AI Inc. (“ModPro”), and any of ModPro’s advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies involved in the implementation, execution or fulfillment of any portion of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Related Parties”), are not eligible to enter or win, nor are the immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings or spouses; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) or household members (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law.

2. Time Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on [April 1, 2025] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on [December 31, 2025] (the “Sweepstakes Period”). ModPro’s clock determines time. However, ModPro reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time, by giving notice, deemed appropriate by ModPro, in which case the Sweepstakes will terminate and the Prize (as defined in Section 3(a)) will be selected from all available entries submitted prior to termination, in accordance with the procedures in Section 3(a) below.

3. Sweepstakes Details

By participating, Entrants (as defined in Section 4 below) agree to these ModPro AI “What’s in Your Garage” Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), which are final and binding in all respects. All entries become the property of ModPro and none will be returned. ModPro’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The details of the Sweepstakes are as follows:

  1. ModPro’s Monthly Sweepstakes. ModPro’s Sweepstakes will consist of a drawing each Month (as defined below) during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) winner will be chosen each Month in a random drawing conducted by ModPro to be held within ten (10) days after the end of each Month, from among all eligible entries received for that Month. Entries will not be rolled over into subsequent drawings. Entrants may win more than one drawing during the Sweepstakes Period provided they have entered for subsequent Months. Odds of winning each drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Month. Each winner will receive a gift certificate (“Prize”). (Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $300.00). The value of the Prize represents ModPro’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof and such determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If actual value of the Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded.

For purposes of the Sweepstakes, the term “Month” is defined as follows:  

“Month 1” – April 1, 2025 - Apr 30, 2025; 

“Month 2” - May 1 2025 - May 31, 2025; 

“Month 3” - June 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025;

“Month 4” – July 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025; 

“Month 5” – August 1 2025 – August 31, 2025; 

“Month 6” - September 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025; 

“Month 7” – October 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025; 

“Month 8” – November 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025; and

“Month 9” – December 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025.

All dates begin at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.  

4. Entry Methods

Eligible Participants may enter the Sweepstakes via the methods as set forth below (each, an "Entry Method"). By successfully completing an Entry Method (each an “Entry”), an Eligible Participant becomes an "Entrant" into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per Eligible Participant per Month during the Sweepstakes Period. 

  1. To enter by electronic Entry, Eligible Participants must visit ModPro's web page at https://modpro.ai (the “Site”) and upload a video following the “What’s in Your Garage” series requirements and instructions as described on the Site (a “Video”). Eligible Participants must submit their full name, city, state, and a valid email address and a Video via a link on the Site.  To be deemed eligible for the Sweepstakes’ electronic Entry, a Video must be uploaded that meets the video guidelines.


Any Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Additionally, Entries will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes if the Video: (i) violates any applicable laws or regulations (including intellectual property laws and right of privacy or publicity laws); (ii) promote any illegal activity; advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or create any risk of any harm, loss, or damage to any person or property; (iii) infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, or other intellectual property rights of any other person; (iv) contain any information or material that we deem to be unlawful, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights, abusive, threatening, harassing, bullying, harmful, violent, hateful, obscene, vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, inflammatory, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), or otherwise objectionable; (v) promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, political views, or age; (vi) contain any information or material that is false, intentionally misleading, or otherwise likely to deceive any person including, without limitation, impersonating any person, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization; and/or (vii) contain any information or material which may bring ModPro under ridicule, contempt, scandal, public disrepute, which shock, insult, or offend the people of this nation or any class or group thereof, reflect unfavorably upon ModPro, or which in the reasonable judgment of ModPro is or may be detrimental to ModPro.


  1. To enter in-person at an event in which ModPro (or its affiliate) is attending, Eligible Participants must allow ModPro to film a Video. Eligible Participants will then be asked by ModPro (or its affiliate) filming the Video to provide their full name, email address and social media account information. 

  2. To enter by mail-in Entry, mail a letter including your full name, mailing address, phone number, the name of the Sweepstakes (i.e., ModPro AI “What’s in Your Garage” Sweepstakes) via first class mail in an envelope with proper postage to: ModPro AI Inc., 10 Stevens St, PO Box 220, Andover, Massachusetts 01810. 


All mail-in Entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received by ModPro prior to the relevant winner selection period for the Sweepstakes to be eligible for that Sweepstakes. ModPro is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed Entries. All Entries become the property of ModPro and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and will be disqualified.

5. Prize Conditions

Each Prize will be awarded in the name of the winning Eligible Participant if the Eligible Participant is verified as an eligible winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, except in ModPro's sole discretion. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason (such as availability), ModPro reserves the right to substitute another Prize of equal or greater value. Non-cash Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Winners must supply a Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. The winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The winner acknowledges that the value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income and, if required by applicable law, an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the winner for the value of the Prize. ModPro shall not be required to make more than three (3) attempts to award any Prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after three (3) attempts to verify a winner will not be awarded. Potential winners will be notified by email after the applicable drawing. ModPro is not responsible for any change of email address of Entrants. Rewards/gift cards awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes are subject to all terms and conditions imposed by the issuer, including any expiration dates. If a potential winner fails to return requisite document(s) within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at ModPro’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, city, and state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes regarding the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, notice or permission (unless prohibited by applicable law). In addition, ModPro may contact each winner to invite him or her to share a picture/video of himself or herself to be used for promotions on ModPro’s websites and social media networks (a “Picture”). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may determine in its sole discretion whether or not to provide a Picture. By providing a Video and/or in the case of each winner, a Picture, each Entrant: (a) hereby irrevocably grants ModPro and its representatives permission to use, transmit, display, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any such Video and/or Picture (as applicable) for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, in connection with promotional purposes on ModPro’s websites and social media networks (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter)); (b) represents and warrants that he or she has the right to do so on behalf of himself, herself and any others in the Video and/or Picture (as applicable); (c) hereby releases, holds harmless and forever discharges ModPro and the Related Parties, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of any such Video and/or Picture (as applicable), including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, violation of the rights of privacy or publicity, or moral rights that the Entrant (or anyone acting on behalf of the business, association, or other entity the Entrant represents) has, or may ever have; (d) waives any right to inspect or approve the finalized end product wherein their Video and/or Picture (as applicable) appears; and (e) waives all rights or interests he or she may have to any claims for payment or royalties arising out of or in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of such Video and/or Picture (as applicable), regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication and irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

7. Privacy Policy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to the Privacy Policy posted on ModPro’s website. Accordingly, please refer to ModPro’s Privacy Policy for information about how ModPro collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. (app.modpro.ai/privacy)

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ModPro and Related Parties are not responsible or liable for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries. ModPro and Related Parties and their respective agents are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, including but not limited to non-connecting or incomplete computer and telephone transmissions; (b) late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected Entries; and (c) any condition caused by events that may cause a Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. 

ModPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof, and randomly award the Prizes from among all eligible Entries received prior to action taken by ModPro, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of ModPro corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. ModPro reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her Entries) who tampers with the Sweepstakes or the Entry process. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and will be disqualified.  

As a condition of entering and/or accepting a Prize, Entrants agree: (a) to release ModPro and the other Related Parties from any and all liability, losses, and/or damages of any kind arising from or incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize, including any traveling related thereto; (b) that neither ModPro nor any other Related Parties, has made any representation, warranty or guaranty, in whole or in part, in law or in fact, relative to the Prizes ; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, and you hereby waive the right to participate in any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to direct damages in an amount not to exceed the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (i.e., costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By participating in a Sweepstakes, ENTRANT hereby waiveS all rights to claim, and agree that in no event will ModPro or any of the other Related Parties be responsible or liable for, any damages of losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of ENTRANT’S access to and participation in the Sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, ModPro reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and ModPro in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to Massachusetts any principles of conflicts of law. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules will be resolved exclusively in the federal and state courts located in Boston, Massachusetts, and Entrant and ModPro consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Official Rules

Additional copies of these Official Rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ModPro AI Inc., Attn: ModPro AI “What’s in Your Garage” Sweepstakes Official Rules, 10 Stevens St, PO Box 220, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 (Vermont (“VT”) residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests). Requests for additional copies of these Official Rules must be received by December 31, 2025. 

11. Winner List

For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by February 1, 2026 to: ModPro AI Inc., Attn: ModPro AI “What’s in Your Garage” Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 10 Stevens St, PO Box 220, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 (VT residents may omit return postage for winners list requests).

12. No Endorsement

The names and trademarks of any companies, and their respective products and services, as mentioned herein in connection with the Sweepstakes prizes, are the property of their respective owner. Your access to and participation in any Sweepstakes does not grant you any license or right to use any copyrighted materials or any trademark, logo, character or service mark (collectively, “Marks”) belonging to ModPro, Related Parties, and/or ModPro’s content providers or licensors (as applicable), and each of the foregoing retain full and complete title to and reserve all rights in their respective Marks, including all associated intellectual property rights. The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any such company.

13. Miscellaneous

These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by ModPro. The waiver by ModPro of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by Entrant, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of ModPro, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of ModPro and Entrant.
